2nd Day

1,2,3...Eyes on me... 4,5,6....Zip your lips!

Now that I have your full attention....

Today I stayed the entire day! It was nice to see what a full day looks like. The afternoon is not as busy as the morning is.

Mrs. Fouts gave Brittany and me a tour of the school today! It was nice to see the entire building because kindergarten is secluded from the rest of the building. . The art teacher is phenominal! The students did all of the art work throughout the building! The fifth graders create a project every year and then donate it to the school. (I am referring to the giraffe by the entrance of the school, and the elephant.)

I cannot wait until I officially learn all of the songs for the morning routine! Brittany and I made an example of the art project. Then, we helped the students make the project. It was difficult for us to put it together, and it definitely was for the students too! We were running around trying to help them glue all the pieces together. They cut out the letter Z, a monkey, an elephant, and brown strips. Glue was all over me!! Some students finished and others had to take it home.

There is always something new to learn in kindergarten!
