Today was very exciting! Riddle is a mirror image of Williams! The classroom is so colorful! We have cubby holes, a bathroom, and a computer area under a loft! The area where the students sit is filled with posters and the morning activities!
Before the students entered the room this morning, they gathered in the hallway and watched a movie. When the bell rang, they said the pledge. Then, the students came in and put their homework folders in one crate and their library books in another one. On their way to their desks they picked up two worksheets. The letter of the day was Z! Every activity that they did today was around that letter! The theme for this week is zoo.
The entire kindergarten is practicing for a play called "Down on the Farm"! They practice during their gym and music time. They will be practicing through Wednesday and performing the play on Thursday! She said we can come!
My teacher seems friendly. She gave Brittany and I a lot of papers and still has more to come!
We have 21 students in the class. A few students have colds and I do not know if I can handle the amount of germs that are in that room! They touch EVERYTHING!!!! Oh well, I guess a germaphobe should have expected this.... I'm excited to see what happens next!
